Yesterday at Fort Zachary State Park, my lady Kari pointed out a flock of 14 man o’ war birds about half a mile out from the park over the ocean, beating their wings westward. I said I wondered what manner of spiritual warfare was headed my way? For, as Kari had learned, spiritual warfare happens like clockwork after I see a man o’ war bird, also known as a frigate bird. And, in my spirit code, the number 14 has to do with my father’s estate.
Just before seeing the man o’ war birds, I had received a telephone call from X Man, who asked me to take down his and my Facebook chat, which I had included in yesterday’s God works in mysterious ways – Donald Trump sez G.W. Gang lied about weapons of mass destruction; square grouper fishing jubilee; there is more in key lyme tick bite pandemic than is mentioned in Key West legionnaires chapel & mortuary services post. X-Man said I had put him and other people at risk. I said he had repeatedly pushed me to write a Lyme’s article, after I had repeatedly told him he was the Lyme’s expert, he should write the article. So I published it in my way. I said he had been reading my posts about topics of interest to him. He knew how I go about publishing. The Lyme’s thing is a lot bigger than him or me. I was not taking it down.

Meanwhile, as yesterday moved on, my gut became tighter and tighter, further indication I was moving into spiritual warfare.
Around sunset last night, somewhere else in Key West, my lady Kari and I had a conversation with someone we’d been seeing around that part of town, who had always greeted us pleasantly, which happened again yesterday. Then, the person started started talking about Mike Tolbert, who manages KOTS, Key West’s homeless shelter on Stock Island, run by Southern Assistance Homeless League (SHA) for the city. Kari and I had had no clue this clean cut, articulate, not seeming under the influence of anything person knew Mike Tolbert and about KOTS.
After perhaps close to an hour of conversation, I said Kari had been raped because of what I had reported at goodmorningkeywest.com about Mike Tolbert, KOTS and SHAL, so I didn’t know how to report what all I’d heard, without turning a credible whistleblower into an endangered target. The whistleblower said for me to say we’d talked with a reliable source, who is respected throughout Key West, and I’d figure out how to do the rest.
Last night, I spent spent a good while trying to follow the reliable person’s advice, while I wrote, and rewrote, what I might report about that today, and while I wrote more to X Man on Facebook chat.

In a dream just at dawn this morning, it was plainly shown to me that my G.I. tract disturbance, which suddenly onset in April 1969, is karma for something very terrible and very stupid I did when I was a boy, which meant the G.I. tract disturbance is not related to Lyme’s disease, as X Man has repeatedly argued during our ongoing conversations.
I also was shown in the dream, in several ways, that the terrible thing I did propelled me, I supposed at the level of soul, to try my best to be like Jesus, which I can’t say has gone so well, but specifically, for today, to keep ever in mind what Jesus advised: “Let the one who has not sinned cast the first stone.”
With that in my thoughts, I got up and went online and refined further what the reliable person had told Kari and me. I pulled the two photos of Mike below from his Facebook page a while back. The larger photo is Mike and his wife Patti Jo at Daddy Bones BBQ.
In no particular order, here’s what the reliable source told Kari and me yesterday evening:
It’s known throughout Key West that when Mike and Patti Jo ran Daddy Bones BBQ, they bought food cheap at nearby Gordon Foods, instead of where they had told their business partner they were going to buy food for Daddy Bones, and Mike and Patti Jo had pocketed the savings. As time passed, the food servings got smaller and smaller at Daddy Bones. I told the reliable person, when Daddy Bones was near closing, Mike had told me they were going to take the larger smoker with them, and I had said that would be grand larceny if they did not have their business partner’s approval. I had felt they were skimming somehow, but I didn’t know about them buying cheap from Gordon Foods and pocketing the savings. The servings had gotten smaller toward the end.
A KOTS woman client friend told the reliable source that she was in the women’s bathroom at KOTS, to shower, and Mike Tolbert came into the bathroom and tried to get her to have sex with him. She said two other women clients told her Mike had done the same thing to them. The reliable source advised her and the other two women to go to the police, and she said they would get kicked out of KOTS if they went to the police. The reliable source told her they would not get kicked out of KOTS after the police got involved, because Mike would be in jail.
A female police officer friend recently asked the reliable source if Mike Tolbert was going after female KOTS clients sexually? The reliable source told the lady officer what a woman friend had said Mike had done to her and to two other women clients in the women’s bathrooms. The lady officer said that corroborated what they’d heard from another source, and that was all she needed to hear. I said, I had reported at goodmorningkeywest.com that I had been told by homeless women that Mike had propositioned them to come over to his and Patti Jo’s home, to have sex with them, Mike and Patti Jo were swingers, but I had not heard of Mike trying to have sex at KOTS with women clients.
The reliable source also said …
Mike got so drunk one night at KOTS, that he fell out of his chair in his manager’s office.
Mike is involved in spice, marijuana and pain killers at KOTS.
Mike made disparaging remarks to gay KOTS clients, which violated HUD policies.
When Mike came to work at KOTS as just a monitor, the head monitor, a man with a bad leg named Jimmy (or Jamie?) was the head monitor. He was doing a good job. Mike made up stories about Jimmy, and Miller fired Jimmy and gave Mike Jimmy’s job. After Miller was promoted from manager of KOTS to executive director of SHAL, he promoted Mike to manage KOTS. Mike can do no wrong in Miller’s eyes. Miller is hands off and lets Mike do what he wants to do.
Meanwhile, I’m hearing ongoing from homeless people that they are afraid to stay at KOTS, because it is a great place to catch scabies and MRSA (google image those two bio-terrorist beauties), and because many KOTS clients are loaded with booze, spice and/or other drugs.

Peary Court mold issue grows
I have been an independent Mold Assessor in Key West for almost 10 years. Almost every day I inspect homes for mold issues. One of the most severe mold problems I have seen is in Peary Court.
The main cause is an improper design of the condensate line running from the air handler to the exterior. The design promotes blockage of the line so that condensate doesn’t leave the house, and if the line is not blocked, the design of the exterior section is likely to send the water right back into the cement slab, slowly causing indoor humidity levels to escalate and inevitable mold related health issues.
Other mold causes such as plumbing leaks and insufficient ventilation of the attic space were also observed.
Local architect Michael Miller, a Harvard Design School graduate, who chaired the city’s Historical Architectural Review Commission where and when the developers tried several times, unsuccessfully, to get various Peary Court redevelopment plans approved, lives in one of the Peary Court units. Miller told me early last fall that the Peary Court units are full of mold. I reported that several times to the mayor and city commissioners during citizen comments at city commission meetings. I was present at a city commission meeting maybe six weeks ago, when it was discussed whether or not there would be a mold inspection at Peary Court, and it was decided no. I just might remind the mayor and commissioners of all of that during tonight’s city commission meeting, and of this letter to the editor.
My question is, how many millions of dollars are being set aside for mold remediation and health related liability issues? We will need it.

I don’t see how these wood-frame units, constructed with a lot of plywood, don’t have termite damage and infestation. Every new wood frame home in Key West is said to have termite damage before the owners move in. The Peary Court units were built 20 years ago. Were they ever tented for termites during that time?

Right after you called me on the phone, I walked over to the other side of the state park from where I was hanging out to see a snowbird camper dweller friend and get caught up with him. I have found him to be knowledgeable about many things scientific and government conspiracy. I mentioned your and my recent discussions about Lyme disease, and he said it’s thought by many people that Lyme’s was created as a bio-warfare agent by a Nazi scientist,working for the U.S. Government at Plum Island, Long Island, and the first Lyme’s case reported was in Lyme, Connecticut, about 10 miles away from Plum Island. I went to Google and quickly found quite a few articles on that topic, so I figured you knew about the “conspiracy theory” and wondered why you did not tell me about it, or did you and I just missed it in what you wrote or sent for me to watch in videos? I would imagine anyone who believes the US Government used a Nazi bio warfare expert at Plum Island to create Lyme’s disease there might wonder if the US Government also might use other kinds of agents to silence such people who express their views? In this case, however, plenty of people expressed their views anyway. I think this Lyme’s thing is huge and far bigger than any individual. Fortunately, or unfortunately, I am an anomaly who does not fret about getting bumped off, and most days would welcome it.
Not by coincidence, back when I was in conversation with Senneca Anderson, the naturopath whose office I called yesterday morning and was told 75 percent of their patients are presenting Lyme’s disease, he, for a while, was sharing space with a medical doctor, an M.D., who had written and published a book in which he alleged the US Government had created the HIV virus as a bio warfare agent, and then tested it in Africa. I spent a while talking with this doctor in his office one of the times I was there to see Senneca. This doctor seemed sincere, he really believed the US Government created HIV as a weapon. He did not come across as a crackpot, although he did come across as someone who did not run in a herd, or worry about his own safety. There is plenty of stuff online saying HIV was US made. I personally would not put it past Uncle Sam, or one if his contract labs/pharmacy companies, to create both Lyme’s and AIDS, and plenty of other horrors. It appears that, once you get either Lyme’s or AIDS, you spend your remaining days trying to stave it off, drive it back, but in the end, it gets you rather horribly.

I dunno, it seems X Man doesn’t want talk with me about Uncle Sam maybe creating Lyme disease.
