In a dream last night, I told my father I had quit practicing law, again, the second time I had quit. I was not happy, but it was what I had to do. He said I might do good with retail sales. I said, I might, if I was selling something I wanted to sell. I awoke, thinking the I quit practicing law again part of the dream was about my lady Kari’s criminal case, maybe I needed to wind that down, and the retail sales part of the dream was about my candidacy for US President in 2016, with Kari as my running mate, all reported in yesterday’s Sloan Bashinsky, the one nation, under God, candidate for US President, 2016, lends comfort and aid to From the Right, a political refuge from bigpinekey.com’s once widely read vicious Coconut Telegraph blog, where the men are men and the doe key deer are afraid, and launches his campaign in California, Sicily and elsewhere, as reported at goodmorningkeywest.com post at goodmorningkeywest.com.

I imagine when he was alive, my father, above, would have been mortified over his crazy namesake running for US President.

The second part of yesterday’s post contained an email thread, into which I had jumped with both feet and the rest of me, after it was started by one of my vicious van dweller criminal amigos. After the post was published, he egged me to new heights, and depths. So here is the whole thread, perhaps I should name it “retail sales” :-). Sloan BashinskyI’m going to share a drawing my running make Kari did and mailed to me. It’s done in golf pencil, the only thing jail inmates are allowed to write and draw with, so it’s faint, but perhaps you guys and dolls can make it out, click on it to make it larger. It sort of goes with the photo of her and me I’ve been bandying about, taken in front of Burger King by an innocent, unsuspecting bystander, which I will drop in next, Then a photo you took, Tim. Maybe your California chums would like to see what my better half looks like, very dangerous person. Super Cop and Don Emilio, any help you two can provide in your circles of critical influence are appreciated. We need good cops and Sicilians on our side 🙂.

Sloan Bashinsky As I have explained before, Kari is in jail for probation violation, she wasn’t supposed to drink vodka, or any kind of booze, following being put on probation after pleading nolo contendre (no contest, I don’t admit or deny the charges) to discharging a Colt Python .357 magnum inside the county limits, at one frog making a heap of commotion in her boyfriend’s swimming pool on Key Largo, and, Kari told me, for later pointing said now empty firearm, still containing the spent cartridge at the tenant in her elderly, somewhat infirm boyfriend’s home, where she lived and also took care of her boyfriend’s invalid son, after said tenant, who was not paying his rent, came in drunk and did damage to the kitchen refrigerator door, and got into a screaming match with Kari’s boyfriend, who told him to move out, and when he didn’t, Kari went and got the Colt Python, still in its holster, and waved, still in its holster, it at the deadbeat tenant, and told him he had been told to leave, and he laughed at her and went outside and called 911, and deputy sheriffs came and arrested Kari and took her to jail, after questioning her about the spent cartridge and she said it was when she’d shot a loud frog.

I imagine every American who holds the Second Amendment dear, the right to bear arms, and every American member of the National Rifle Association, and every American who believes a home is his/her castle, would have a hard time, under those facts, not sympathizing with Kari, for trying to protect her challenged boyfriend and his home and invalid son from that drunk, deadbeat, loud, disrespectful tenant. I bet every alcoholic in America would feel much the same, knowing Kari was drinking herself when that happened, which, she said, is why the charges were increased to aggravated assault. That’s a lot of votes out there, folks. Maybe half of America’s voters, or maybe three-quarters.

Now, of course, a person with a felony conviction cannot run for or hold public office. But I know for a fact, that Florida, among other states,including my home state, Alabama has a history of its governors granting pardons to convicted felons represented by lawyers in the know, to clear those convicted felons’ records and restore their forfieted citizen rights.

I also know for a fact, that important people, lawyers, doctors, etc., in Alabama, have been known to plead nolo contendre (no contest, I don’t admit or deny the charges), to avoid having their professional licenses taken away.

But even if none of that is in play, available to Kari, there still is nothing to prevent registered voters in America voting on election day 2015 for Kari and me, by writing our names on the part of their ballot where they vote for President and Vice-President. Might not be legal, in it will get counted sense, but it will be written on their ballots. As would be on their ballots, legal or not, if they wrote inStead, “NONE OF THE ABOVE”, or “RE-ELECT NO ONE”.

Kari told me yesterday when I visited her in the jail, that she shot the wrong frog, and the two frogs she Should have shot, who were not princes, died.

One frog was killed, her second husband who stole their daughter with the help of upper Keys judges. The father was known to be playing sex games with their young daughter, and he got custody anyway, because he had connections and Kari was an alcoholic. Kari seemed very disturbed yesterday that she did not get to shoot the bastard.

The other frog was the challenged elderly man man Kair was living with, who, along with his invalid grown son, had called deputies on her, whenever they and Kari got into an argument, and the deputies were tired of going to that home and arresting Kari, not the other two, and they fixed that by arresting Kari and charging her with a felony, aggravated assault, while letting the drunk, deadbeat, refrigerator-wrecking tenant walk.

I imagine more disgruntled sympathy votes for Kari can be corralled in that segment of her bubba justice fiesta. I’d have loved to see how you would have handled that incident, Supercop. I bet it wouuld have been a barn burner. I bet it would. I bet the Silicians would have done it a bit different, too, Don Emilio. I bet they would.

Now, according to Kari’s probation officer, the former deadbeat tenant is nowhere to be found. Kari said she did not see him at her trial, where her public defender lawyer leaned on her to take the nolo plea. If the deadbeat wasn’t there, the state could not have made out a case, and the judge would have had to dismiss the charges, after Kari had served many months in jail.

Her boyfriend, who had kept calling the deputies on her, had died when she was in jail all those months waiting trial. He did not make her bond, So, instead of being released by the judge on probation, to go back to live with her boyfriend, now dead, Kari was released in Key West, where she had never lived, to be homeless. And to remain homeless, so far. And now twice be jailed for drinking and violating her probation.

I really cannot imagine how many tens of millions of American alcoholics and other kinds of drug addicts sympathize with Kari. Even I, who don’t use booze or other narcotics, including tobacco, sympathize with Kari. Even I, who has told her many times, when she gets out, we won’t be a team, if she goes back to her habits, sympathized with her. And, there are a few other frogs I think need retiring. Her public defender lawyer. The judges who took her daughter away from her and gave him to a known child molester, instead of giving the child to family services. And the deputies who did not arrest the drunk, abusive tenant and take him to jail, too.

Tim Ousley Sloan Bashinsky…I think those voting blocs will support you. You will likely get high support from alcoholics and addicts, and have a great shot at killing the competition among the second amendment crowd. There is already swelling support for the Bashinsky-Dangler ticket in California, particularly in the Yosemite area. 🙂

Sloan BashinskyYosemite Sam, yes? Holy Cow, how could I have forgot to ring him up? Another voting block is the homeless. Kari said, at one time she was the #1 ranked rodeo cowgirl in Missouri, and was going to compete in the national rodeo championship in Washington State, but that got scotched when Mt. St. Helen blew her lid and Kari’s mom was not inclined to go to Washington after that. So, maybe the American cowboys and cowgirls might be another voting block. And the Future Farmers of America. Kari said, the FFA kids elected her president of her high school. She knows horses real good, has mucked plenty of barns. She told me to bet on that horse in the Preakness, which had struggled hard to win a close one at the Kentucky Derby. She said the Preakness was a little shorter track than the Derby, that Pharoah horse was a good bet to win Preakness. Win, that horse ran away with it. She said the Belmont track might be too long a course for that horse, and it might not be fully recovered yet, from the two prior big races. She said the races are too close together, the horses need more time between the races to recover, and the horse that won the Derby and the Preakness last year, in that Preakness, a horse won which was a local horse and practiced on that track and knew it, and had not run in the Derby or the Preakness, so was well rested, not really fair, she said, but that’s how some horse owners go at it. If Kari ever got on something like Dick Cavett, if he’s still around, she can be pretty darn funny without hardly trying, that might open up all sorts of opportunities. I keep telling her, some day she needs to have her own late night comedy show. If I ever get on something like Dick Cavett, it might trigger an alien invasion, and maybe I’d get their votes, if they let any humans live.

Tim Ousley Sounds like Kari has experiences that could make her a fine politician. Slinging manure is a necessity for success if you make it to Washington (that work in the barns can only help) and her observations about over running horses could put you on the fast track to backing from the labor unions. Saddle up and get on the campaign trail! 🙂

Sloan Bashinsky Had not yet considered the labor union angle, good one, which drifts me over to the government employee and bureaucracy angle, about as huge as the labor unions. The government employees might especially fond of Kari”s propensity to blow the whistle, for example, she told me, on KOTS overnight homeless shelter, after she caught Scabies there, and on KOTS’ then executive director Kari said she heard order the shredding of uncollected mail to homeless people, then Kari saw the shredding taking place, after mail was opened and any money found inside was set aside, one can only wonder for what? For that, Kari said, she was banned from KOTS and forced to sleep outside at night and be harrassed by police for illegally sleeping outside at night. Kari said she also blew the whistle on the visiting nurses and hospice outfit operating up on Key Largo, after she saw nurses bringing back to the office narcotics after their patients had died, instead of flushing the unused narcotics down the toilet, which was the requirement. And for reporting nurses she’d heard talking about which troublesome hospice patients they would give overdoses and kill, to be done with them. For reporting that to the visiting nurses and hospices director at the Key West headquarters, Kari said she was fired. Then, she said, she and her boyfriend, who had the money and clout, set up their own program for helping the aged and people with disabilities, although not without having to overcome a lot of resistance from government bureaucrats and the folks Kari had ratted out. I imagine there are millions of old and infirm Americans who would very much like to have Kari in their camp. Kari was so good at writing grants, apparently, that her second husband took what he had learned from her about that, after he had ditched her and stolen their daughter with whom he was playing sex games, and he scammed FEMA out of about $31 million, as I recall reading online, over Hurricane Katrina over in the New Orleans area, and he absconded to Honduras with it, and down there, it was reported, he met his demise. I suppose there are millions of good, hard-working people, I did not say honest, but they night be, who would love having a Vice-President who is favorably inclined toward the US Government doling out money for their causes, worthy or not, legitimate or not. And I suppose there are millions of parents who feel they were treated unfairly in child custody cases,who would like a Vice-President who knows just how they feel about lawyers and judges. Maybe more marketing ideas will come to me later, maybe not even the sky is the limit there.

Sloan Bashinsky Meanwhile, I see in the Key West Citizen today that US-backed Iraq troops took another beating, losing Ramadi to Islamic insurgents, with the customary spinning that it’s only a “setback”, maybe some day, when, not known, if ever, victory will be had. How far up their asses do President Obama and his brain fart trusts have to stick their heads before they finally see the light in Iraq, and in Afghanistan? You’d have thought they would have been smarter than their Republican head up the ass predecessors, but you’d have thought wrong. Imagine what all good could have been done instead in America with the whatever huge perhaps uncountable sum of money the Republicans and the Democrats wasted in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. Wasted. Threw away. Now we have no telling how many veterans needing care, which will cost plenty more than it already has cost. Many of them are, or will be, homeless. We could have provided every person in America, including the illegal immigrants, with first-class health care, we would not have needed Obamacare, with what was thrown away in Iraq and Afghanistan. We also could have rebuilt lots of roads with that thrown away money, too. And we also could have fixed up our railroads with that wasted money. And we also could have lowered income taxes, and beefed up Social Security and Medicare and Medicaid. And we’d still have the biggest, most dangerous military in the history of time on this planet. Instead, we have the Republicans and the Democrats competing for whose head is fartherest up their ass.
