Kari and me tattoos

During my visit with Kari in the county jail Thursday afternoon, she started telling how different things happened in her truly “different” life, and I got to laughing so hard that I said what she ought to tell her JIP counselor and her probation officer and the judge that what she’s going to do for a living when she gets out of jail is be a stand up comic, get her own TV show, she will have America and the world rolling in the aisles.

By yesterday evening, though, I was down in the dumps, wondering what is the point of my life? What am I even doing on this planet where I can’t seem to make any headway, send down roots? Then, Kari called. I didn’t tell her about my mood. She told me of getting a new cell mate, who was homeless when she was arrested. Right off, she started giving Kari a hard time, called her a skank.

A skank?, I said. Ha! Wait till she finds out what that jail food does to you; she will be hollering skank! skunk! and want the hell out of your cell, on the other end of the cell block.

Jail food makes Kari fart, a lot, she says; and, so far, that’s why she has not had a cell mate.

I was laughing my ass off, so was Kari. I thanked her for making me laugh; it had been a lousy day and she had fixed it, again.

Meanwhile, Peary Court bank robbery …

Peary Court

I held off reporting on Monday evening’s special city commission meeting on Peary Court, which the Key West Citizen (keysnews.com) reported the next day, Tuesday, and again yesterday, Friday.

While I held off, I had two dreams, during different nights, about former Monroe County Mayor Shirley Freeman,

Shirley Freeman

nudging me to go something. Shirley lives on Fleming Street in Key West, perhaps half mile from the White Street boundary of Peary Court, which City Commissioner Jimmy Weekly and City Manager Jim Scholl pitched hard to the City Commission Monday evening, for it to buy for $55,000,000, even though the developer/owner only paid $35,000,000 for it 2 years ago, and the developer owner intends to keep for itself a chunk of land in the middle of Peary Court on which to build 48 “affordable housing” units, which the developer will either rent out or sell.

According to Tuesday’s Citizen, what the city will get under the present proposal is 157 2-bedroom rental units, which will rent out from $1,571 per month to $2,358 a month and $2,751 a month, depending on a household’s income and the city’s income limits for affordable housing.

Since Tuesday’s Citizen didn’t report citizen comments about Peary Court, I didn’t figure it mattered to the the Citizen that the public knew what was said by Virginia Panico, executive vice-president of the Key West Chamber of Commerce, Margaret Romero, a persistent citizen government watchdog and a city commission candidate, a woman from the Meadows subdivision adjacent to Peary Court, and me, even though it will be the public who, under the City Charter, has to approve both the purchase of Peary Court and the issuance of a municipal bond to finance the purchase.

Anyway, yesterday I played party bridge at the Key West Yacht Club with several Key West elders, including Shirley Freeman. I asked Shirley what she thought about the city buying Peary Court? She didn’t look thrilled.

She said, it’s another Hickory House (a Monroe County Commission boondoggle purchase of a marina owned by a friend of a county commissioner we may never hear the end of.) And the Peary Court price is about $30,000,000 too high. And Jim Hendrick’s prints are all over it.

I laughed. Said, yeah, I told them Monday night that Jim Hendrick had them looking at what he wanted them to look at and not at what he didn’t want them to look at, just like his buddy Pritam Singh does.

I reminded Shirley that she was the reason I’d gotten involved in Peary Court.

Riding my bicycle by the Moose Lodge next to Peary Court, I had seen her get out of her car and had asked what she was doing at the Moose Lodge?, and she had said she was going to a meeting about Peary Court inside, and I said, well, maybe I need to be there, and I went in and there was Jim Hendrick in there, and his wife, Donna Bosold, to try to sell the new Peary Court development to the Meadows community, and then I knew I was supposed to be there. Shirley said yesterday that she was darn glad I was there.

Jim Hendrick just after being convictedJim Hendrick once was the county attorney. Later, he was convicted in federal court for witness tampering and conspiracy, arising out of his having facilitated the bribe of a county commissioner named Jack London. After being disbarred, Jim started his own consulting practice, aimed at developers mostly, named “Critical Concern, Inc.” The critical concern was to make as much money as possible. In some quarters around these parts, Jim is revered. In other quarters, he is viewed as the Prince of Darkness.

Anyway …

I told Shirley yesterday, I see it coming. The city will get a M.A.I. appraisal at the amount they want to pay for Peary Court, made as instructed, and then the City Commission will tell the public it’s a good price and to approve the purchase and bond. No negotiations. And the deverloper gets to keep the chunk of land in the middle, for 48 new units. Great deal for the developer and Hendrick. Shirley agreed.

Shirley said, the referendum which made the City Commission have to put out to referendum the city purchasing or annexing real estate was not intended to be used by the City Commission to put onto the voters that responsibility. The City Commission was supposed to do the investigation and make the determination that a purchase or annexation of real estate was good for the city, and then tell the voters that and urge them to vote for it.

I said, I told the City Commission Monday night that they should investigate the city buying Peary Court and only if the City Commission is convinced it is best thing since sliced bread, a great deal for the city and its residents, they stake their names and reputations and elected seats on it, should the City Commission vote to put it out to referendum for the voters to approve it. Otherwise, I told them, they should kill it, not put it out to referendum. And if they didn’t kill it, they were weenies, as in hotdog.

According to the second Citizen article, which came out yesterday, the City Commission voted Thursday night to investigate further and get an appraisal, with a view toward putting it out to referendum next year, instead of this October. However that goes, if the city pays the developer $55,000,000 for Peary Court, excluding the land the developer wants to hold back for the 48 units it wants to build and sell, the developer and Jim Hendrick will laugh all the way to the bank.

Hendrick and the developer have been thwarted at every turn by the city’s Historical Architectural Review Commission, the City Planning Board and the City Commission. The city should keep doing that, wear the developer out, until the developer gives up and begs the city to take Peary Court off its hands for the $25,000,000 Shirley Freeman said yesterday it is worth.

the Anunnaki left-behind Rick Roberts advanced our mumblings reported in yesterday’s Greetings Christendom, from the Priesthood Melchizedek, in which Jesus is High Priest – Letter to the Hebrews: 5:9-10 post at goodmorningkeywest.com:

Subject: All that religious stuff

I read what you are saying in your web blog on the current posts.

I for one do not believe in almost all organized human religion. It’s monkeys sitting on piles of stone proclaiming to being able to present you with the “word of god”. Of course it’s all for a nice profit and the ability to not be held accountable for a damn thing, nor to have to obey the laws of the human flock’s government. Dot Org (xxx.org) is a big Dot Orgy to them.

In a science oriented way, the religious humans have failed miserably in their “pool of holy writings” and commands as to how our whole existence and the fiber of the universe is real.

From the Earth being the center of the entire thing, and flat at that, to now just getting to the point of acknowledging there may be life on other planets (Vatican). The discoveries and analysis of math & physics, and therefore also those of the lesser studies of astronomy, engineering (all forms), and such have dramatically changed how religion must bark to the flock. For whom the bell tolls and the pageantry and illusions of grandeur to a poor farmer out in the fields was probably extremely convincing. To me it is just a killer rock concert for the masses. Stories of angels and the like are not false illusions, but the description of what and who they were is way off. What would you or I look like with a helicopter a few jet packs to some sheep herders 2100 years ago or more? From the sky they came (Anunnaki). And those folks altered some DNA on animals to fit them for a purpose. Including making humans in their interest to fit the job of mining gold…

There is a tribe of natives on an island in the Pacific that thought the U.S. WWII cargo planes were gods descending from heaven bearing gifts, help, and knowledge. They still pray for the planes to come back today…

That doesn’t mean there is no superior being, a “GOD”. What if that GOD exists inside our dimension and the universe. Poor guy (or maybe gal) is subject to the same rules of space/time/relativity as you and I. Time only flows forward, how can he know the future of 6,000,000 people on a planet that is 1 out of 100,000,000 in this Milky Way Galaxy that itself is one of 100,000,000 galaxies or more. “HE” wouldn’t have a clue what is or what will happen outside the universe, HE at best is a passive observer.

Enough of that.

I replied:

I think, Rick, if my winged friends spent a bit of one on one time with you, it would alter your view of everything about as much as humanity’s view of everything changed as time passed and it was learned the earth was not flat and the sun did not revolve around the planet and the sun was a star and not a god, and so forth and so on. ETs are small fry relative to angels, like human beings are small fry relative to ETs.

I wuz thinking after replying to you that it would be nice if the angels, or the ETs, showed you how to build such things as a cold fusion device, a star drive device, a time travel device, and, what the heck, a stargate, and while I’m on a roll, a magic wand that makes money :-).

Cold Fusion is not really that difficult. Ask your scientists Trotsky, they might get there if they used their Tokamak ring reactor in a larger size to generate enough power to trigger it. Instead of making lightning bolt generators that really don’t do a damn thing…

ring reactor

Star drives are like creating a horse to get there instead of Ferrari F1 race car. (see above thing about folding space/time)

Time travel can only go to the future, they forgot the reverse button. That’s because time only moves forward. Only in a 10 to the minus 43rd of a second does time go backward when we are talking about the division and reassembly of sub atomic particles at the core at say a quark level.

Relative to a viewer, you, traveling at the speed of light, would experience time differently than another critter that’s stuck on this rock. The departing entity might travel for a year, but you would “travel” hundreds of years in time, relative that is…

We already covered the stargate thing, but it would be cool I suppose to raise a ring and make a portal for all to see…

Me and Anil…

I am working on that money thing. Should happen about a month or so from now. Some jerk off with a brain the size of a peanut has been acting out his inferior faults by lying to police officers, stealing shopping carts, and basically using up his time in all dimension. He’ll be dead, bed ridden, or in jail (which is sort of bed ridden) soon enough…

Anyhow, that’s some of the basics that apply to your response.

To infinity and beyond (Buzz Lightyear) or as they show in 2001 a space odyssey, the infinite and beyond. Don’t forget about the infitesimal and beyond, it’s just as vast and just as important…

Dear Mr. Trotsky (aka Trosky),

See above bullet list…

I would enjoy meeting these critters, but something tells me I might already have. For some reason, probably the (factual) golf ball size clump in the top right portion of my brain (that is surrounded by red cell tubing protruding in and out), I cannot really remember dreams when I pop out into this reality from sleeping. Seems to me that if you are human, a big if, then it makes sense that you shut down all sensory gear you have in a deep sleep to enable the functionality of communicating with beings in a telepathic type way. Actually in a telecommunication that communication transverses space/time faster due to utilization of a (as you say) “stargate” to reduce time by “folding” space. The energy required, at least on our level of understanding it) is as you say “enormous” but really that is not the case when considering the use of black holes and dark matter’s enormous mass to create the pathway. It’s trip without having to leave your farm…

I said talk is nice, by why come, since he says he know how to do it, he isn’t building these wonderful devices to help humanity? He said, remember Star Trek’s mandate: to look but not interfere? Yeah, I said, but by being on this planet, he’s interfering, so get off his duff and lead humanity out of the dark ages. He laughed, asked what I’m doing? Same as yesterday, trying to piss off as many people as possible, it seems to be my mission in life. He laughed, left Sippin’ to look but not interfere - when pigs fly.

About Sloan

Darn, that would take a while. Try the autobiographical pages in the header. Ditto for header menu pages at www.goodmorningbirmingham.com. Hatched and raised there, eventually I ran away from home. Here's a short list: Born 1942; male; spoken for; accused of all sorts of imaginable and unimaginable things, perhaps some true. Live on Key West of Weird asteroid. Publish something most days at goodmorningkeywest.com, been at that since July 2007. That's heaps of catch-up reading, probably not recommended.

  1. simplyrick says:

    http://www.emc2-explained.info/Time-Dilation-Worked-Examples/bigeq.gif

That is a key formula for manipulating space - time to your advantage or a foe’s disadvantage. But the time dilation depends on the fractional amount of your (or the enemy’s) speed squared over ( vv / cc ) subtracted from ” 1 ” then a square root of that times the time when this occurred. There ain’t gonna be a lot of messing around with time to either you or the person you apply it to is moving at near the speed of light. Why? that fraction won’t be very large that you are subtracting from ” 1 “. The energy required to accelerate to the speed of light is enormous, remember that German Jewish “retard” (they really thought he was in school) figured out that energy that would be required in like 1908…

    e = m x “cc” (c squared)

Square 300,000 kilometers per second. Now multiply it times say the starship enterprise, or even a human body’s mass (not weight). The energy is off the hook Sloan! You need to sap a real large star black hole dry just to get there.

That’s why folding time-space in a wormhole (stargate for TV) is the cat’s ass, I mean meow, the preferred way 9 out of 10 aliens prefer. Your results may vary…

Basically, humans need to learn how to ( they got the basics) fold space - time and then figure out how to get the power needed, and like in one astronomical gulp that sucks a large star or black hole dry of energy. Even in the TV stargate they were using like all of the electrical grid for a huge portion of the U.S.

That money thing is next. I’m working on that. The basis for that is under wraps right now but I suppose letting it out to you and yours won’t hurt too much. The entity I have incorporated for that is “simplyglobal”. That entity owns my ideas for the third world war that rages right now. I always said and new that the third world war would be economic, not pea shooters and atom bombs. But what if someone came along that had a new way to aggregate buyers and then use the power of enormous buying power that simultaneously aids vendors? Without any exchange of each country’s currency and without the need for banks? If you want me to include a link to an “about” page on that I will, it breaks it down well. The one thing it doesn’t address but I’ll throw it out there, the currency of exchange in a simplyglobal world is crypto currency similar to the now hot (Goldman Sachs just invested $50,000,000 in it as a “feeler”). Ours would be a “version 2.0” of how to transact in “simplycoins”. Anyone reading this should at least find out the basics of say “BitCoin”. Don’t play ostrich on this one:
